HELP TAMARIKI DISCOVER THE JOY OF READING

Give a book, become a Duffy legend.

As a New Zealand literacy charity, Duffy Books in Homes believes every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of owning their own books. Through our programme, we help tamariki across Aotearoa build home libraries, discover new stories and develop a lifelong love of reading.

Your donation helps make that possible. Whether it’s one book or a whole year of reading, every contribution helps put more books into the hands and homes of Kiwi kids.

Every book makes a difference

You don’t have to give a lot to make a difference.

Every donation helps put books into the hands of tamariki across Aotearoa, giving them stories to enjoy, share with their whānau and keep as part of their very own home library.

Gift a Book

Give a child a book of their very own. One book can spark imagination, inspire curiosity and open the door to a whole new world of stories.

Grow a Home Library

Three books mean more stories to explore, more adventures to enjoy and more opportunities for tamariki to develop a love of reading at home.

$50

A Year of Reading

Help provide six books throughout the year, giving a child stories to discover and helping build a home library they can return to again and again.

Small gifts. Big stories.
