Our children were very excited with new books in the centre and really happy when they could choose their own books to take home.  They are waiting in anticipation.

Here are just some of the benefits that can be partly or
fully attributed to the Duffy Books in Homes Ready for Reading programme:
  • A closeness between community and preschool
  • Improved attitudes allround
  • A willingness to cooperate
  • A hunger to learn
  • A love and understanding of books
  • A respect of property, each other, and one's self
  • Duffy R4R kids take these qualities to primary school with them
